Full-face filler is priced by outcome level, not by a fixed “per-area” menu. Different faces require different amounts of product to achieve the same quality of result, so packages are designed to let Alison complete the plan properly without costs escalating syringe-by-syringe mid-appointment.

This is our most common tier and most popular facial rejuvenation package for Norwich clients. It is the safest choice if you’re unsure.
This is the level most clients actually need when they want a meaningful improvement.
Best for: noticeable midface changes, softening around the mouth, early lower-face heaviness, and a complete “balanced and lifted” result.

3. Total Transformation

The ultimate non-surgical liquid facelift experience.
For significant volume loss and/or clients wanting the strongest correction possible without surgery.
Best for: more advanced ageing changes, heavier lower face, post-weight-loss faces, or anyone previously underwhelmed by small amounts of filler changes.
Outcome: a full structural rebuild for a visible, high-impact transformation - still elegant and believable.
Which Package Should I Book?
Important: How These Packages Work
Most clients don’t know their exact treatment tier until their face is assessed - so you can use this as a guide:

If you’re unsure, the 'Signature Rebalance' package (£750), is the most appropriate starting point for the widest range of faces and typically delivers the most complete, balanced outcome.
If you have more established volume loss, more advanced facial ageing, or you’re looking for a higher-impact correction, you may be better suited to the 'Total Transformation' package (£999), as it allows for a more comprehensive structural plan, so you can proceed confidently on the day if that’s the level your face needs.
Your consultation traditionally happens at the start of the appointment, before anything is done.
Once your package/tier is confirmed, Alison will use the amount of filler needed within that tier to complete the plan properly, based on your anatomy and what improves the overall result.
If you book a higher tier and it turns out you only need a lower one on the day, you’ll only be charged for the tier you receive.
Budget control (you’re always in control):
If you book the 'Mini Rebalance' package and your face would ideally suit a higher tier, you have two options:

proceed with the best possible result within your chosen budget/tier, or,

upgrade on the day if you want a bigger change
If you have a strict maximum budget and already know you won’t go above it, please book the tier that matches your spend and Alison will plan the best possible outcome within that level.
What Will Happen At My Appointment?
1.
THE CONSULTATION & MARKING UP:
Every appointment begins with an in-depth consultation and facial assessment.
We’ll discuss your concerns, your goals, and what’s realistically achievable for your face.
Alison will assess your facial structure, proportions, and the specific pattern of volume loss driving the changes you’re seeing.
You’ll then be talked through the treatment plan clearly - including where filler will be placed, in what order, and why, so you fully understand the logic behind the result we’re creating.
Once the plan and correct treatment package is agreed, the skin is cleansed and sanitised, and Alison will complete precise facial marking to guide safe, accurate placement.
You are never obliged to proceed - however, combining the consultation and treatment into one appointment is the most efficient option for most clients, and avoids needing to book twice.

THE PROCEDURE:
The treatment is performed using a structured, full-face approach - not isolated “spot filling”.
This appointment typically takes 90–120 minutes, as we consider the face as a whole and build support where it actually matters. This is what creates the most natural-looking results: lift, balance and structure, rather than obvious volume in one area.
Full-face treatments are more technically complex than single-area filler because multiple regions of the face influence each other. Alison works methodically to ensure the end result looks cohesive, refined, and proportionate.

Once you’ve been placed into the correct package tier, Alison will use the amount of filler needed within that tier to complete the plan properly, so you’re not worrying about costs escalating syringe-by-syringe mid-treatment.
If you book a higher tier and it turns out you only need a lower one on the day, you’ll only be charged for the tier you receive.
3.
RESULTS, HEALING AND MAINTENANCE:
RESULTS & HEALING: You’ll see an immediate improvement as soon as treatment is complete, however mild swelling is normal, especially in areas such as the lips, cheeks and around the mouth.
Most swelling settles within 48–72 hours, and the result typically looks more “finished” over 7–14 days as the filler integrates and the tissue relaxes.
Bruising is possible (it varies from person to person). Some clients have none, while others may experience small areas of bruising that can last up to 7–10 days (in some cases a little longer). This is normal and not a complication; it’s simply the body’s response to a needle entering the skin.
If you have a key event, photoshoot or holiday, it’s best to allow at least 2-3 weeks.
MAINTENANCE: Ageing doesn’t stop, so as filler naturally softens over time, you may notice gradual return of volume changes. Maintenance is then straightforward as smaller top-ups can be used to retain structure and keep the face looking balanced and supported, without overfilling.
Most clients consider a maintenance refresh around 2 years, or simply when they feel the ageing process has started creeping back in and they want their structure “reset” again.

If you genuinely only need one small correction, targeted filler can be ideal. Examples:

For mild lines/shadowing, 1ml can soften either area nicely, but deeper folds/shadowing, usually need 2ml for a visible change.
Similarly, 3ml will treat both areas well, but 4ml may be needed for more established lines or a stronger correction.

1ml is a subtle refresh and may be best for mild asymmetry or a small top up - more of a micro-refinement.
For most clients, 2ml is the starting point for a visible change.
3ml allows more complete contouring and blending, especially if you are wanting a stronger lift effect or more definition.
If you are unsure, it is best to budget for 2 to 3ml, and we will confirm what is appropriate before we begin.
JAWLINE FILLER

Jawline filler can sharpen and contour what you already have to give you an amazing jawline.
Please bear in mind that 2ml is a basic foundation and may suffice, whereas 3ml allows proper shaping and blending of the jaw and jowl area.
4ml will include the jawline, jowl blending and chin (often needed) for the ULTIMATE jawline contour!
Temple FILLER

Temple filler is a specialist area requiring a good level of skill. It is subtle but transformative for facial balance.
Most clients need only a small amount (often 1ml total) to soften hollowness and restore smoother side-profile contours, but deeper hollows will require 2ml (1ml each side).
Chin filler

0.5ml top up - £145
Chin filler is one of the most underrated facial tweaks for balance and harmony. In most clients, 1ml is more than enough for a noticeable, natural improvement.
0.5ml chin top-ups (tweak only) are available for small refinements only and must follow a previous chin treatment with Alison. They are not suitable as a first-time chin appointment.
