Dermal Fillers Norwich
Facial Balancing & Full-Face Rebalancing in Norwich
Whether you want one small correction or a more complete full-face result, dermal filler should be planned around your existing anatomy rather than a fixed template.
At Alison Mary Aesthetics in Taverham, Norwich, I use dermal filler to restore support, improve facial proportions and rebalance the face without simply adding volume everywhere.
You can book targeted filler for areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, nasolabial folds and marionette lines, or choose one of my full-face rebalancing packages when several areas need to be treated together.
The aim is not to make you look “filled”.
The aim is to make the face look better supported, more balanced and more like you.

If you already know exactly which area bothers you, targeted filler may be all you need.
If several areas are contributing to the same ageing pattern or imbalance, a full-face rebalancing approach is usually more effective than treating each feature in isolation.

How Dermal Filler Can Rebalance the Face
Most faces do not age in one place. Changes usually happen across several connected areas, which may include:
-
flattening or deflation through the midface
-
loss of support beside the nose
-
softening of the jawline
-
chin imbalance
-
lower-face heaviness
-
shadowing around the mouth
-
hollowing through the temples
This is why treating only the area where you notice the problem does not always give the best result.
For example, heaviness around the mouth may be influenced by loss of support higher in the face. A weak chin can affect lower-face balance. Temple hollowing can change the overall facial silhouette even though the concern is not immediately obvious.
Dermal filler can be used strategically to improve:
-
cheek support and midface structure
-
chin projection and lower-face balance
-
jawline definition
-
temple hollowing
-
nasolabial folds
-
marionette lines
-
overall facial proportion
The goal is never more filler. The goal is better structure, using the right amount in the right places.
Why Choose Alison Mary for Dermal Fillers in Norwich?
I have worked with facial aesthetics for more than 15 years, and I do not see dermal filler as a collection of isolated areas to fill.
I study the face as a three-dimensional structure. Bone projection, fat compartments, ligament support, muscle activity, skin quality and the relationships between different areas all influence what we eventually see externally.
So when somebody points to a fold, hollow or jowl, I do not automatically put filler into it.
I assess facial proportions, projection, support, symmetry, ageing pattern and tissue movement first and decide where treatment will create the greatest improvement to the face as a whole.
Product selection matters too. Different fillers have different rheological properties, and I consider support, projection, flexibility, integration and the tissue plane in which the product is being placed rather than using one filler everywhere.
I deliberately keep my treatment menu focused so I can continue studying and refining the treatments I actually perform.
Every facial rebalancing plan is created and carried out personally by me.
The skill in filler is not finding somewhere to put another millilitre. It is recognising where treatment will improve the whole face and where adding filler would make it worse.
Full-Face Filler vs Single-Area Filler
Single-area filler is absolutely appropriate when the concern is genuinely isolated. A small chin correction, mild cheek support or one specific fold may only need a targeted treatment.
The problem comes when a face has broader structural changes but only one area is repeatedly treated. That is when clients often say things like:
“I had cheek filler and it didn’t really do anything.”
“I’ve had filler but I still look tired.”
“I don’t want more filler because I’m worried I’ll look puffy.”
Often, the issue is not that filler does not work, it is that the treatment plan was too narrow.
The real question is not simply: “How much filler do I need in my cheeks?”
It is: “Which areas are actually contributing to the way my face looks now?”
That is why my full-face rebalancing packages are designed around the overall result rather than forcing every face into a one-area-at-a-time approach.
Full-Face Filler Rebalance Packages
Full-face filler is priced by outcome level, not by a fixed “per-area” menu. Different faces require different amounts of product to achieve the same quality of result, so packages are designed to let Alison complete the plan properly without costs escalating syringe-by-syringe mid-appointment.

Most
Popular
2. Signature Rebalance
£750
This is my most commonly booked full-face rebalancing package and a useful starting point for clients wanting a noticeable but natural overall improvement.
Best for: midface changes, softening around the mouth, early lower-face heaviness and improving facial balance across several areas.
Outcome: lifted, supported, less tired-looking and more harmonious overall.

3. Total Transformation
£999
For more established volume loss, stronger facial ageing patterns or clients wanting a more comprehensive structural correction.
Best for: heavier lower-face changes, post-weight-loss volume loss, more advanced facial ageing or clients previously underwhelmed by small amounts of filler.
Outcome: a more complete structural rebalancing of the face while keeping the result proportionate and believable.
Which Full-Face Rebalance Package Should I Book?
How the Packages Work
Most clients do not know exactly which package they need before their face has been assessed.
Use the packages as a guide rather than feeling you have to diagnose yourself.
If you are unsure, Signature Rebalance at £750 is the most suitable starting point for the widest range of clients wanting a meaningful full-face improvement.
If you have more established volume loss, heavier lower-face changes or want a more comprehensive correction, Total Transformation at £999 may be more appropriate.
Your consultation happens at the start of the appointment before treatment begins.
I will assess your facial structure, proportions, volume loss and treatment goals, then confirm the most appropriate package before anything is injected.
Once the correct package is agreed, I use the amount of filler required within that tier to complete the plan properly.
If you book a higher package and only need a lower one, you will only pay for the package you actually receive.
Budget control
If you have a strict maximum budget, simply book the package that matches what you are comfortable spending.
If your face would ideally benefit from a higher tier, you can either:
-
proceed with the best possible result within your chosen package, or
-
upgrade on the day if you decide you want a more complete correction.
You remain in control of the spend throughout.
What Will Happen At My Appointment?
1.
CONSULTATION & FACIAL ASSESSMENT:
Every appointment begins with a detailed consultation and facial assessment.
We will discuss your concerns, what you want to improve and what is realistically achievable.
I will assess facial structure, proportions and the pattern of volume loss or imbalance affecting the overall result.
You will then be shown the treatment plan, including which areas I recommend treating and why.
Once the plan is agreed, the skin is cleansed and the treatment areas are marked.
You are never obliged to proceed.

2.
THE TREATMENT:
Treatment is performed according to the agreed plan.
For full-face rebalancing, several areas may be treated because facial regions influence one another and the aim is to create one cohesive result rather than several isolated changes.
Full-face appointments typically take around 60 minutes
Targeted single-area treatments are usually considerably quicker.
3.
RESULTS, HEALING AND MAINTENANCE:
You will see an immediate change after treatment, although some swelling is normal.
The result usually settles and looks more natural over the following days as swelling reduces.
Bruising is possible and varies between individuals.
If you have an important event, holiday or photographs planned, allow at least 2 to 3 weeks between treatment and the event.
Maintenance is individual.
Many clients return when they begin to notice gradual loss of support again rather than automatically topping up on a fixed schedule.

Targeted Dermal Filler Treatments in Norwich
Not everybody needs full-face filler.
If the concern is genuinely isolated, a targeted treatment can produce an excellent result with a relatively small amount of product.
Targeted filler is available for:
-
cheeks
-
chin
-
jawline
-
temples
-
nasolabial folds
-
marionette lines
Prices start from £180 for 1ml in most areas.
If several areas need treatment together, one of the full-face packages is usually better value and allows a more complete result.
Specialist Temple Filler in Norwich
Temple filler is a sophisticated treatment that many clinics avoid.
Alison is a specialist in this area, using advanced techniques to restore 'hollow temples,' which subtly lifts the tail of the brow and restores a youthful 'heart-shaped' facial silhouette.

Temple FILLER NORWICH
1ml - £280
2ml - £380
Temple filler is a specialist area requiring a good level of skill. It is subtle but transformative for facial balance.
Most clients need only a small amount (often 1ml total) to soften hollowness and restore smoother side-profile contours, but deeper hollows will require 2ml (1ml each side).

Cheek
Filler NORWICH
1ml - £180
2ml - £280
3ml - £380
1ml is a subtle refresh and may be best for mild asymmetry or a small top up - more of a micro-refinement.
For most clients, 2ml is the starting point for a visible change.
3ml allows more complete contouring and blending, especially if you are wanting a stronger lift effect or more definition.
If you are unsure, it is best to budget for 2 to 3ml, and we will confirm what is appropriate before we begin.

Nasolabial folds & Marionette FILLER NORWICH
1ml - £180
2ml - £280
3ml - £380 (nlf & marionette)
4ml - £480 (nlf & marionette)
For mild lines/shadowing, 1ml can soften either area nicely, but deeper folds/shadowing, usually need 2ml for a visible change.
Similarly, 3ml will treat both areas well, but 4ml may be needed for more established lines or a stronger correction.

JAWLINE FILLER NORWICH
2ml - £280
3ml - £380
4ml - £480
Jawline filler can sharpen and contour what you already have to give you a morw defined jawline.
Please bear in mind that 2ml is a basic foundation and may suffice, whereas 3ml allows proper shaping and blending of the jaw and jowl area.
4ml will include the jawline, jowl blending and chin (often needed) for a complete jawline contour!

Chin filler NORWICH
1ml - £180
0.5ml top up - £145
Chin filler is one of the most underrated facial tweaks for balance and harmony. In most clients, 1ml is more than enough for a noticeable, natural improvement.
0.5ml chin top-ups (tweak only) are available for small refinements only and must follow a previous chin treatment with Alison. They are not suitable as a first-time chin appointment.
Dermal Filler in Norwich; Frequently Asked Questions
How much do dermal fillers cost in Norwich?
Targeted dermal filler starts from £180 for 1ml in most areas.
Full-face rebalancing packages start from £550, with Signature Rebalance at £750 and Total Transformation at £999.
The right option depends on whether you need one isolated correction or a broader structural treatment plan.
What is facial balancing with dermal filler?
Facial balancing means assessing how different features and areas of the face relate to one another rather than treating each area in isolation.
Depending on your anatomy, treatment may involve the cheeks, chin, jawline, temples or areas around the mouth to improve overall proportion and support.
How many syringes of filler will I need?
It depends on your facial structure, degree of volume loss and the result you want.
A small targeted correction may need around 1ml, while broader structural changes usually require more product distributed across several areas.
This is why full-face packages are based on the overall treatment outcome rather than asking clients to decide an exact syringe count themselves.
Will dermal filler make me look puffy or overfilled?
That is not the aim of treatment. Puffiness and overfilling are risks when excessive volume or inappropriate placement is used, which is why my approach focuses on structural support, proportion and using only the amount of product needed for the treatment plan.
Does dermal filler hurt?
Most clients find treatment manageable.
You may feel brief pinching or pressure, and some areas are more sensitive than others.
Many dermal filler products also contain lidocaine, which helps reduce discomfort during treatment.
How long does dermal filler last?
Longevity varies according to product, area, tissue characteristics, facial movement and individual metabolism. I prefer maintenance based on how your face actually changes over time rather than automatically adding filler at short fixed intervals.
When should I book a top-up?
You do not need to keep adding filler simply because a certain number of months have passed.
Many clients return when they begin to notice that facial support or balance has started to reduce again.
The timing depends on your anatomy, treatment history and which areas were treated.
