Booking Terms & Conditions (Client Agreement):

By booking an appointment with 'Alison Mary Aesthetics', you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms.

These terms apply to all appointments, whether booked online or arranged directly.
 

1) 18+ Age Policy

All treatments including Botox (botulinum toxin), dermal fillers, all other injectable treatments, and tattooing/PMU are strictly 18+ only, in line with the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021.

• Valid photo ID may be required if you look under 25

• If you cannot provide valid ID when requested, your appointment will not go ahead and your booking fee will be forfeited

2) Booking fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment slot.

• Your booking fee is deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day if you proceed.

• If you attend any appointment (inc. consults and treatments) and decide not to proceed on the day, your booking fee is forfeited.

• Booking fees are non-refundable in all circumstances, except where you are assessed as unsuitable for treatment.

3) Missed appointments / no-shows

If you miss, forget, or do not attend your appointment for any reason:

• Your booking fee will be forfeited.

• The remaining balance of the treatment booked will be charged in full to your payment card.

No exceptions.

4) Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours: if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment start time, your booking fee will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Cancelling early but not rebooking: if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your booking fee may be transferred only if you rebook and attend a new appointment within 4 weeks of the original appointment date. If you do not rebook within 4 weeks, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: you may reschedule once only. A second reschedule request will result in automatic cancellation and loss of your booking fee. No exceptions.

5) Refunds

No refunds or partial refunds will be given under any circumstances.

6) No Children On-Site Policy

No children or babies are allowed on the premises due to the nature of the treatments, insurance requirements, and council regulations.

If you arrive with anyone under 16, your appointment will not go ahead and your booking fee will be forfeited.
No exceptions.

7) Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment.

• All major credit and debit cards accepted

• Bank transfer accepted

• Cash is not accepted​
