Most aesthetic clinics have long treatment menus. Mine doesn't.
That's entirely intentional.
Facial ageing is driven by a relatively small number of biological changes, such as muscle movement, volume loss, skin quality, collagen decline and tissue descent.
Rather than offering dozens of treatments that often overlap, promise similar results or simply follow industry trends, I have carefully selected a small number of treatments that each solve a specific aspect of facial ageing.
Every treatment I offer has a clear purpose and every treatment has earned its place.
Together, they provide a complete approach to treating the different ways the face ages, without unnecessary duplication or confusion.
Just as importantly, limiting my treatment menu allows me to develop an exceptional level of expertise in each treatment I perform. Rather than being average at dozens of procedures, I have chosen to become highly experienced in a carefully selected handful that I perform every day.
My philosophy has always been simple;
Offer fewer treatments, choose the ones that genuinely work. Master them, then deliver them exceptionally well.
Specialist Treatments at Alison Mary Aesthetics Clinic
Anti-wrinkle treatment is planned according to how the muscles of your face work together, rather than treating each area in isolation.
As well as common concerns such as frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet, treatment can include carefully selected facial and neck areas where appropriate. The aim is to soften unwanted movement while preserving expression and maintaining natural facial balance.
Fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing improves skin texture by removing controlled areas of damaged surface tissue while stimulating repair and collagen remodelling deeper within the skin.
Treatment intensity can range from a lighter surface reset to intensive fractional resurfacing for more advanced wrinkles, acne scarring and textural damage.
The appropriate level depends on your skin, your concerns, the result you are hoping to achieve and the amount of recovery you are prepared for.
Dermal filler can restore lost volume, improve facial proportions and enhance features such as the lips and chin.
Treatment is based on your existing anatomy rather than a fixed template. The intention is not to make every face look the same, but to create proportionate changes that remain appropriate for the individual.
Where skin laxity rather than volume loss is the main concern, Alison will explain the limitations of filler rather than using additional product to imitate a surgical lift.

I have worked within aesthetics and permanent makeup for more than 15 years, and I deliberately keep my treatment menu focused.
I would rather become exceptionally good at a carefully selected number of treatments than offer everything.
For me, completing a training course is the start of learning, not the end of it. I continue studying the treatments I perform long after the certificate has been issued, whether that means facial anatomy and movement, filler behaviour and facial proportion, or laser physics, tissue interaction and wound healing.
I also invest my own money into the equipment, training and treatments I bring into the clinic, so I am extremely selective about what earns a place on my menu.
I am not interested in buying the latest machine simply because it is fashionable or gives me something new to sell. If I invest in something, it needs to make sense, produce results I believe are worthwhile and justify the investment.
Where appropriate, I also use the treatments I offer on myself. I want to understand not only how something is performed, but what it feels like, how the recovery behaves and whether I would personally consider the result worth paying for.
Every treatment is personally assessed, planned and performed by me at my private clinic in Taverham.
It is my money, my reputation and my name above the door, so I have every reason to be choosy.
I don't try to offer everything. I specialise in what I do, study it deeply and keep refining it.

With more than 15 years of experience across aesthetics and permanent makeup, Alison is known for a precise, evidence-led approach and for being candid about what non-surgical treatments can and cannot achieve.
Her work focuses on natural facial balance, appropriate product use and selecting the correct treatment for the underlying concern, whether that involves muscle movement, volume loss or skin quality.
Appointments take place directly with Alison in her private Taverham clinic.
